Burchmulla Resort Rules and Regulations

General Guidelines

  • Respect and Courtesy: All guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and the resort property with respect and courtesy.
  • Family-Friendly Environment: As a family-oriented resort, all activities, language, and attire should be appropriate for guests of all ages.

Alcohol Prohibition

  • No Alcohol Policy: The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
  • Security Checks: The resort reserves the right to conduct security checks to ensure compliance with the no alcohol policy.

Accommodation and Facilities

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Room Maintenance: Guests are requested to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of their rooms. Any damage to the property will result in additional charges.
  • Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, guests should minimize noise to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Dining and Food Policies

  • Halal and Family-Friendly Menu: All food and beverages served at the resort adhere to halal standards and are family-friendly.
  • Outside Food: Bringing outside food and beverages into the resort is discouraged to maintain quality and safety standards.

Activities and Amenities

  • Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to wear modest attire, particularly in public areas and during resort activities.
  • Swimming Pool: Appropriate swimwear is required. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Health and Safety

  • Hygiene: Guests are requested to maintain personal hygiene and follow resort guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all.
